All GPPs below apply to every customer and every contract/signed & agreed upon proposal unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and DeMayo Tile, LLC and its owners/operators. DeMayo Tile, LLC and its owners/operators reserve the right to apply the following to all contracts/signed & agreed upon proposals. Visit our warranty page for any issues regarding completed work.
GPPs:
A minimum 10% deposit is required to reserve a spot in our schedule.
Deposits are determined by taking a minimum 10% of the agreed upon price.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits that DeMayo Tile, LLC agrees to return are subject to a 20% fee for occupying space on our calendar, regardless of how long the space on the calendar was occupied.
An additional deposit may be required on day 1 of our arrival to complete work.
Deposits will be deducted from the agreed upon price plus any reimbursable material and waste disposal fees (see below).
Our minimum rate is $975, regardless of the size of the job or the depth of the scope of work.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, this is nonnegotiable.
Generated waste is subject to an additional $90 flat fee per haul.
Most jobs require just one haul, others two. Your total waste disposal fee depends on the size of the job and the depth of the scope of work, as well as what our vehicles can handle weight-wise.
This fee is waived if the customer is able to dispose of the waste on their own.
DeMayo Tile, LLC charges $75 per day to travel outside of its service area.
This fee is waived for jobs totaling over $20,000, not including waste fees, reimbursable material, and travel fees.
Any changes to your scope of work once your contract/proposal is agreed upon may incur a change in the total price.
Deposits on any job that incurs a lower price will not be refunded. The deposit you paid will be deducted from the new, lower price.
Changes in your scope of work that incur a new, higher price may be subject to an additional deposit.
