As of 8/10/206, DeMayo Tile, LLC will be raising its flat waste disposal rate from $90 per trip to $140 per trip.
Our flat rate covers the labor required to load and unload the waste, travel, and tipping fees, which have increased significantly at all local transfer stations.
Our new rate will apply to new and existing customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As always, alternative options are listed below.
DeMayo Tile, LLC can dispose of a project's generated waste at a rate of $140 per trip. The amount of trips needed is determined by the amount of waste generated on the project, how much weight our vehicles can handle, and how much of the waste is accepted at the transfer station.
Alernatively, the homeowner or the general contractor we have been sub-contracted by, henceforth referred to as "H/GC," may choose from the following options. This is not an exhaustive list.
Generated waste is bagged and/or stacked at a location of the H/GC's choice on the property
H/GC disposes of the waste via whatever means they see fit
For example: bulk pickup, private waste hauling, etc.
H/GC provides a dumpster
H/GC is responsible for any permits necessary
DeMayo Tile, LLC will fill the dumpster with the generated waste
H/GC is responsible for removal and any fees
H/GC provides Waste Management Bagster bag(s)
DeMayo Tile, LLC will fill the bag(s) with the generated waste
H/GC is responsible for removal and any fees

Note: Those who live in a condominium, co-op, HOA, or the like, must contact their organization to find out what options are available to them as governed by the bylaws of their community/building.
